Bruce W. Boucher
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

As the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Bruce W. Boucher is responsible for managing the financial aspects of Magellan, as well as, serving on the Executive Team.

Mr. Boucher is the former Senior Director of Finance for ClinTrials Research Inc., a global contract research organization. Under this title he was responsible for all aspects of clinical financial operations for North and South American divisions. Previously at ClinTrials' headquarters, Mr. Boucher held positions of Corporate Director of Finance and Director of Taxation.

Before joining ClinTrials, Mr. Boucher was a Manager at Price Waterhouse LLP in both Nashville, Tennessee and Toronto, Ontario where he gained a diverse range of professional experience consulting to large public multi-national, middle-market and entrepreneurial sized companies in financial accounting, tax and consulting capacities.
